Award-Winning Composer & Sound Designer Based in Brooklyn, NY
Iโve been obsessed with music for my entire life. Whether touring around the country in a van as a drummer, working with artists of the highest caliber in recording studios, or writing for TV and podcasts, my entire career has revolved around music.
I began my career in Los Angeles as a staff recording engineer at the legendary Village Studios. Iโve worked with top clients like Justin Timberlake, Weezer, Elton John, John Mayer, Depeche Mode, T Bone Burnett, Robert DeLeo, Pentatonix, Glee, and many others. I toured internationally as a Pro Tools operator for Adam Lambert. Iโve also worked with major brands like Disney, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and Breakwater Studios.
VICE News
After moving to Brooklyn, I began composing and post production mixing for VICE News Tonight on HBO. I wrote original scores for VICE News documentaries and contributed hundreds of tracks to VICE Music Publishing, which have been featured on many VICE shows. As Senior Sound Designer and Technical Director for VICE Audio, I wrote original scores for our flagship documentary podcasts, including Painkiller: Americaโs Fentanyl Crisis, which won the 2021 Murrow Award for Excellence in Sound. My music has also been featured in podcasts for Spotify, Kaleidoscope, and iHeartMedia.
Today
Iโm currently freelance composing for documentaries and podcasts, as well as building my own production music library.
I love working with people who have a vision and bringing it to life with sound.
